HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?

My practice is a place for adults who want to feel more in control of their lives. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, directionless. I can work with you towards your path of healing. Perhaps this might be developing a purpose, feeling at peace, or learning to make sense of things.

I believe that meaningful care begins with listening. I take the time to understand the whole person, not just symptoms. Through a comprehensive and thoughtful assessment that explores the many factors influencing your mental health and well-being. Building trust is vital to my practice, and I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Together, we'll work to understand your needs, identify your strengths, and develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. My hope is that every patient feels heard, cared for, and empowered throughout their journey.

I am driven to provide comprehensive care through a patient centered approach while creating a warm and safe environment.

Comprehensive: I am meticulous in my car where we will examine both the objective and subjective data. Objective data may include labs, journaling, or using measurement based care. Subjective data includes your feelings, experience, childhood, social dynamics (environment, social support system, resource access). This is why our intake session may be between 60-90 minutes.

Patient-Centred Approach: This is a highly personalized care, where your goals, values, comfort levels matter in how our session progresses and decisions in the treatment plan.

Confidential: Stigma continues to be prevalent in our society. My practice values privacy, confidentiality and maintaining a non-judgmental environment for patients to feel safe to be their genuine self while seeking care. Only through trust can we foster an honest relationship where we can truly reach the core of the issue that we wish to explore.
