  • I can help guide you in a process to find the medication that optimally addresses your need to improve the overall quality of your life. We will also look into other aspects of your lifestyle to see how we can balance out your symptoms while reducing the use of medication.

  • In addition to medication management, I look into different nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes that can have a positive impact on your mental health. This process can help reduce the use of medication and/or provide additional support in the management of your symptoms.

  • I am here to listen to your story and understand how it impacts you. Through this process I can help you identify any patterns (both positive and negative) to guide your thought process to better understand yourself and develop steps to tap into your potential. The principles that I will be using are derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Initial 10-15 minute phone consultation: FREE

  • Initial Psychiatric Assessment (75 minutes) $850

  • Follow up Appointment : (25 minutes)  $400

  • Follow up Appointment after absence > 6 months : (50 minutes)  $550

  • Follow up Appointment with Psychotherapy: (50 minutes) $550

Please note, I am an out of network provider. I do not take insurances. However, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed invoice that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
